1. TERMS OF SERVICE

The following terms and conditions shall govern the sale by karigoro.com and the buyer. By placing orders with us, it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to our Terms & Conditions. If you find any subject in the Terms & Conditions not acceptable, please do not enter this website or contact karigoro.com before placing your order.

2. PRICES

All prices are retail prices and are stated in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). Prices unless stated do not include: taxes, duties, import fees charged by your local government, service, payment or delivery charges. We retain the right to adjust the prices at any items that are incorrectly priced without prior notice. As customs policies vary by country, we cannot anticipate what these charges will be and therefore Karigoro will not be responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees or custom fees levied once the purchased Karigoro products reach your country.

3. PAYMENT

We accept both Cash on Delivery and Advance Payment through bKash, Nagad & Card payment through website payment available via SSLCOMMERZ.

Karigoro encrypts all your card information via Payment Gateway using the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that no unauthorized persons will be able to view your card number or other information during the transaction. In order to keep a high level of security for our customers, we may request further correspondence from the purchaser in the event that we suspect a fraudulent order.

4. DELIVERY TIME & CHARGES

Timely delivery is based on the condition that the courier keeps day-to-day delivery schedules. Although rare, Karigoro will not be held responsible for delays with the couriers. All delivery estimates are based upon working/business days.

5. STOCK

Rarely some products found on karigoro.com are maybe currently out of stock. In such cases we will notify you immediately. If you are interested in ordering an ‘Out of Stock’ item please click the button and enter your email and you’ll be automatically informed when the line is back in stock. We reserve the right to cancel a delivery and/or order in the event that the stock quantity and/or price was incorrect at the moment of placing the order. If we are unable to deliver in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

6. COLOR OF PRODUCTS & MATERIALS

The colors of products seen on Karigoro.com will depend on the monitor from which they are viewed and can vary depending on the monitor. Therefore the color seen on the monitor can vary from the accurate color of the product. Please note that we have tried as accurately as possible to display the colors of the leather, embossing etc. as well as the tactility of all materials used. Please note that all Karigoro products are made of natural leather of the highest quality. We would like to point out that leather is a natural product and therefore can vary in color and structure slightly from product to product and from collection to collection. These minor variations in products should be viewed as a unique characteristic and not as a fault. Note that all leathers are sensitive to rain and other wet spots so heavy rainfall should be avoided.

7. SIZES

All sizes on any product viewed on karigoro.com are external sizes measured in cm.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

We have the right to assert force majeure in the event of strike, lockout, blockade, war, warlike event, civil war, revolution, government sanction, strike, blockade, natural disaster or the like. This means that the agreement will not need to be fulfilled in part or in full. Should this, contrary to expectation, occur, we would attempt to notify you.

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

All products purchased from karigoro.com have a on spot return opportunity to the delivery person received by the customer. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply return the goods in their original packaging and condition. Only after the returned items have been received and approved by Karigoro, will the amount of the purchase price be refunded to the purchaser’s account.

11. RIGHT TO COMPLAINT

Karigoro provides 30 days right to complaint, covering defect manufacture and materials registered during normal use of the item. The right to complaint does not cover defects, damages or wear and tear, resulting directly or indirectly from wrongful use, bad maintenance, violence or unauthorized operations. Complaints regarding defects or faults discovered during normal examination of the item must be communicated to Karigoro within a 30 day period. Subsequently, items may be returned for one of the following: repair, exchange, or if agreed upon, reimbursement.
